Joni Rodriguez is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in technical support and engineering, currently serving as Principal Escalations Engineer and Technical Support Manager (Interim) at HID since June 2015. With previous roles at Celestix Networks focused on senior support and infrastructure analysis, and as a Tier II Network Support Engineer, Joni has managed escalations for over 5,000 global partners, emphasizing process engineering and IT infrastructure development.
