Kurt Limburg has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in engineering operations, program management, and business planning and operations. Kurt has worked for companies such as HID Global, Poly, Polycom, Steel Sky LLC, Hoover's Inc, and IBM. Kurt has a track record of spearheading organizational change and integration efforts, transforming worldwide engineering teams, and managing large-scale projects and budgets. Kurt has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and building strategic alliances. Kurt'sexpertise lies in driving business value, improving product development processes, and guiding strategic direction to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Kurt Limburg has an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications including AWS Technical Essentials from Amazon Web Services, Agile Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
