Lisa Mayo

Lisa Mayo has over 27 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Lisa is currently working as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at SonicWall since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Finance at HID Global from January 2018 to the present. Additionally, they held the position of Global Controller and Senior Director at HID Global from May 2015 to December 2018.

Before joining HID Global, Lisa worked at Dell for a significant period. Lisa'sroles at Dell included Cloud Client Computing Finance Controller from January 2014 to May 2015, Audit Director from May 2010 to January 2014, Corporate Reporting Director from March 2005 to May 2010, Call Center Finance Director from October 2003 to March 2005, Manufacturing Controller from October 2002 to October 2003, Information Technology Finance Manager from June 2000 to October 2002, and Capital Assets Manager from August 1998 to June 2000.

Lisa began their career as a Financial Analyst at Lockheed Martin in March 1998 and worked there until August 1998. Prior to that, Lisa held the position of Assistant State Auditor III at Texas State Auditors Office from January 1995 to March 1998.

Lisa Mayo earned their BBA and Masters of Professional Accounting (MPA) degrees from The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1994. Lisa also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
