Martin Huddart

Martin Huddart is an accomplished executive in the physical access control and smart home technology sectors. Currently serving as SVP and Managing Director for Physical Access Control at HID Global since January 2022, Martin leads global operations related to HID Cards, Mobile Access, Readers, and Controllers, overseeing all aspects of P&L, Sales, Marketing, and more. Prior to this role, Martin held several key positions at ASSA ABLOY from 2007 to 2022, including Head of Smart Residential, where Martin spearheaded the global smart home strategy, and President of Access and Egress Hardware, where Martin managed major brands such as SARGENT and Yale. Martin's earlier experience includes General Manager of Software and Components at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. Martin Huddart holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Production Engineering from The University of Manchester.
