Susan Fernandes is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and partnerships. Currently serving as the HR Operations Manager/People Partnering META at HID since March 2021, Susan previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Drees & Sommer Middle East from March 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Susan worked as an HR Advisor for Odfjell Drilling in the Middle East and Asia Pacific from December 2013 to February 2019, and as an HR Advisor at Atkins from March 2006 to December 2013. Additionally, Susan led the HRSS Team at WS Atkins and Partners overseas, where significant achievements included marketing HR services and enhancing team efficiency.
