Alison Boyd

Alison Boyd is a Project Leader at Hidden River Group, bringing years of experience from their time as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. With a background in Neuroscience and a Ph.D. from UC San Diego, Alison has a strong foundation in scientific research. Alison has led project teams, designed strategies for organizational development, and worked on large-scale culture transformations for various clients. Alison's expertise in neuroscience has allowed their to examine cortical feedback loops in the mammalian olfactory system. Alison also has experience as a Scientific Intern at Roche Pharmaceuticals.
