Juanita Malavé

Juanita Malavé has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Juanita currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Hidden Road since November 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at FIS from 2015 to 2021. Juanita'sroles at FIS included being the PTS Client Experience Utility Director & Customer Service Manager – Americas from January 2020 to October 2021. As part of this role, they managed a team of eight professionals, strengthened client relationships through meetings and innovation, and focused on employee retention and talent development.

During their time at FIS, they also served as the GMI Client Services Team Lead – Americas, where they managed a team and oversaw issue lifecycle, client relationships, and employee development. Additionally, they worked as a Project Consultant, managing multiple projects and implementing industry initiatives.

Prior to FIS, Juanita worked at SunGard (now part of FIS) from 2013 to 2015. Juanita held the position of Application Support Analyst and later Application Support Specialist, where they managed international clients, oversaw issue lifecycles, and trained new team members.

Before their roles in the financial industry, Juanita worked at Centro Romero from 2010 to 2013. Juanita'spositions at Centro Romero included Administrative Assistant, where they maintained business affairs and provided technical support, and Event Coordinator, where they managed funding databases, website reconstruction, and administrative files. Juanita also briefly worked as a Youth Program Assistant.

Overall, Juanita Malavé has a strong background in operations, client services, project management, and administrative support.

Juanita Malavé attended Loyola University of Chicago from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
