Elissa Watson, BCBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of behavior analysis with extensive experience in clinical support and management. Currently serving as Clinical Support Manager at Hidden Talents ABA since March 2021, Elissa provides guidance to a team of over 30 BCBAs and has been instrumental in the onboarding of new staff. Elissa has a strong background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment plans. Previous roles include Program Supervisor and Registered Behavior Technician at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, where Elissa implemented interventions based on data-driven assessments. Elissa holds a Master of Science in Psychology for Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Anderson University.

Our experienced team of BCBAs develop programs to each child’s specific needs.
