Kimberly Culbreth

Kimberly Culbreth, BCBA, is an experienced behavior analyst with a robust background in mentorship and recruitment within the field. Currently serving as the Mentorship & BCBA Recruitment Coordinator at Hidden Talents ABA since March 2021, Kimberly focuses on recruiting skilled BCBAs and mentoring future behavior analysts through professional growth opportunities and tailored guidance. Previous roles include BCBA, where responsibilities encompassed conducting client assessments, developing individual treatment and behavior plans, and training RBTs. Kimberly has also held positions as a Program Supervisor at Chancelight Autism Services, providing oversight and support to clients and staff, and as an RBT and Staffing Specialist at Early Autism Project, Inc., contributing to therapy implementation and recruitment processes. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Clemson University and Elementary Education from Anderson University.
