Gülşah Solmaz Hazar

Gülşah Solmaz Hazar has been working in the finance industry since 2005. Gülşah started at Ernst&Young as an Audit Assistant/Senior and progressed to Audit Manager and then Audit Senior Manager. In 2017, they joined Mazaya Holding Co. as Finance Director - Mazaya Turkey. In 2018, they became an Audit Committee Member at Ritim İstanbul AVM Blokları Site Yönetimi. In 2021, they were appointed as a Board Member at the same company. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at MH Finans, SuperPay Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., and HiDoctor.

Gülşah Solmaz Hazar obtained their 1st rank in Business Administration from Koç University between 2000 and 2005. Gülşah had previously obtained a 1st rank in Science and Mathematics from Samsun Anadolu Lisesi between 1993 and 2000. Additionally, they hold four certifications: an Independent Auditor License from Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu - KGK obtained in 2013, an Independent Auditor Licence from Capital Markets Board of Turkey obtained in 2009, an Independent Public Accountant and Financial Advisor from TÜRMOB obtained in 2009, and a High-level Licence from Capital Markets Board of Turkey obtained in 2007.
