Evan Ballard

Evan Ballard has an extensive work experience. In 2017, they became the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of AJ Lawn Care, where they employed, managed, and trained fifty high school students to complete lawn care and landscaping projects. Evan also oversaw and executed the service delivery of approximately seventeen thousand individual lawn care services and hundreds of landscaping projects. In the same year, they also became a Design Consultant at Tropix Pools, where they worked directly with the owner and lead designer and used client input to design a 2D pool and backyard landscape design. In 2019, they joined Prosper ISD as a Prosper Career and Independent Study Student, where they had the opportunity to learn from business leaders and select a mentor in the field of Business Development. In 2022, they became the Owner and Founder of Ballard Property Group, Owner & Co-Founder of Merchant Ballard Consulting, and Owner & Co-Founder of Caprock Cleaning. At Merchant Ballard Consulting, their goal is to help local small business owners grow by developing tailored business solutions. At Caprock Cleaning, they are responsible for growing their client base and business operations. Evan also became a B2B Project Coordinator at Hidrent Inc. in the same year.

Evan Ballard attended Prosper High School from 2016 to 2020. Evan then attended Texas Tech University from 2022 to 2025, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance.
