Felipe Andrade Pinto

Mr. Felipe Andrade Pinto is a partner at Pátria Investimentos and director of the infrastructure area. Before joining Patria, Mr. Felipe Andrade Pinto spent three years at Cargill, where he was initially responsible for the company's business development in South America. He later became a senior executive at the company, being primarily responsible for one of Cargill's businesses in Brazil.

Before Cargill, Mr. Felipe worked as an assistant analyst and project leader with Bain & Company in the São Paulo and Johannesburg offices, having advised leading local and multinational companies to design growth strategies, business unit strategies, cost reduction and programs recovery.

Mr. Felipe Andrade Pinto holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, a Certificate of Special Studies in Management from Harvard University and an MBA from Insead Business School, in France.

In the last 5 years, Mr. Felipe Andrade Pinto was not subject to the effects of any criminal conviction, any conviction or application of penalty in an administrative proceeding before the CVM and any final and unappealable conviction, in the judicial or administrative sphere, which would have caused the suspension or disqualification from practicing any professional or commercial activity, thus being duly qualified to practice their professional activities.
