Paul Emil Barbig has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as an intern in marketing and sales at BASF. The following year, they were a working student in business development and strategy at Allergopharma GmbH & Co. KG.

In 2018, Barbig joined Seven Lanes as an intern in business development. Paul Emil quickly progressed to become an associate, manager of business development, and team lead for sales. During this time, they trained and managed a team, scaled the sales team, developed a sales reporting system, and created sales content.

From 2019 to 2020, Barbig worked at Zeitgold as a sales training lead and project manager. Paul Emil then became a team lead and project manager in sales.

Most recently, Barbig joined HIER Foods in 2021. Paul Emil started as the head of sales and interim head of customer operations before becoming the head of customer success, managing account management and customer operations.

Paul Emil successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2017. In 2016, Paul Emil also had the opportunity to study at Trinity College Dublin, focusing specifically on the field of International Business, Innovation, and Global Economy. Recently, in 2022, they attended Growth Tribe, specializing in Growth Strategies. This educational experience resulted in him obtaining a certification in Growth Strategies from Growth Tribe in January 2022.
