Louie Decarlo

Louie DeCarlo has a diverse work experience, starting as a System Integrator at Mangan Inc. in 2006 before serving as a Project Engineer at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) from 2009 to 2012. Louie then transitioned to the role of Educator at Teach For America from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they worked as a Control System Project Engineer at Burrow Global, LLC from 2014 to 2017. Louie then joined Tellurian Inc., where they held positions as Lead Engineer and Marine Operations Lead from 2017 to 2022. Louie currently holds the title of Sr. Director of Engineering & Construction at HIF Global from 2022 to the present. Louie's work experience demonstrates a strong background in engineering, project management, and leadership roles.

Louie DeCarlo completed their Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Louie went on to earn a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Penn State University. Prior to this, they attended Trinity High School and York Catholic High School.
