Vincent Tse

Vincent Tse is the Director of Staff and Strategy at HiFiBiO Therapeutics. His professional experience includes R&D Product Development, Business Development, and Strategy Consulting for both small biotech and large pharma.

Vincent previously worked for Genentech, conducting competitive intelligence for the company’s asthma portfolio. Prior to Genentech, he performed Product and Business Development for Armata Pharmaceuticals, an innovative biotech focused on therapeutics against antibiotic-resistant infections. Most recently, he was a strategy and portfolio analysis consultant for IQVIA with diverse engagements in digital therapeutics, rare diseases, and oncology.

Vincent earned an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, an MS in FDA Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, and a BS degree in Physiological Science from UCLA.
