Orsolya Udvardi

Orsolya Udvardi currently serves as the Head of Mentoring at Hiflylabs, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Orsolya worked at Lakatos, Köves and Partners as both HR Manager and HR Business Partner from March 2020 to September 2022. Between May 2012 and March 2020, Orsolya was the Human Resources Manager at Insiron Informatika Kft, also serving as Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Coach at TAM Consulting Team from November 2014 to November 2018, and various office management positions at Newnet Kft and Novell, as well as experience as an Account Manager at OTP Bank from 2000 to 2008. Orsolya holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Dunaújváros, as well as qualifications as a Soft Skill Trainer from Grow Trénerképző and a Coach from Kollár Coaching.
