Lida Alvandi

Lida Alvandi joined HIFU Prostate Services (HPS) in March of 2018. Prior to joining the HPS team, Lida worked for SonaCare Medical the worldwide leader in HIFU technologies and developer of the Sonablate HIFU system. While at SonaCare Medical, she traveled around the country working with physicians and supporting the HIFU treatments. Her role at HPS is to support existing and new physicians using HIFU on the west coast including Arizona, California, Las Vegas, Oregon, Utah and Denver.

Lida started her career as an ultrasound technologist and has worked in the field for 16 years including 11 years focused in the urology sector. Lida’s background in specialized ultrasound technology has allowed her to make a natural transition to HIFU technology for prostate cancer treatment. She enjoys working with physicians and supporting their patients who are going through prostate cancer.

Lida lives in Las Vegas and easily accessible in the West Region. She is fluent in Armenian and loves being in the healthcare field.
