Chantal Psota Ball

Chantal Psota Ball is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CXO at Stairtop since April 2023, Chantal previously held the position of Director of UX at Chatbooks from January 2019 to March 2023, where team growth and the launch of a subscription product were key achievements. Earlier roles include Lead Mobile UX Designer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where leadership of a team supporting multiple mobile applications and the development of a design system were notable contributions. Chantal's career began as an Interaction Designer and an intern at the LDS Church, alongside a role as Product Designer at Orca Health. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University and a diploma from in.vers art school in Switzerland.
