Ed Marshall

Ed Marshall is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as People Lead at Higgidy since May 2022. Previously, Ed held various roles at B&CE and John Lewis & Partners, including Recruitment Coordinator and People Service Adviser, providing support on policies, procedures, and grievance processes.
