Kathleen Bragg-Pebley

Kathleen Bragg-Pebley has extensive work experience in the insurance and legal fields. Kathleen currently holds the position of Director of Coverage and Litigation at Higginbotham since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Momentous Insurance Brokerage, Inc. from August 2011 to February 2020, where they served as the Senior Vice President General Counsel. In this role, they provided risk management services and litigation management, reviewed entertainment contracts for celebrities and production companies, and handled various legal matters such as copyright infringement and breach of contract. Before joining Momentous Insurance Brokerage, Inc., they worked at Wilson Elser as a Senior Associate from August 2001 to August 2011, where they specialized in business litigation, employment litigation, insurance coverage opinion writing, and professional liability defense. Kathleen also has prior experience as an Associate at Zimmerman & Kahanowich from October 2000 to July 2001.

Kathleen Bragg-Pebley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theater Arts from UCLA. Afterward, they pursued a Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine Law between 1997 and 2000.
