Kyle Schielack

Kyle Schielack, CIC, CRM has over 16 years of extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kyle currently serves as the Managing Director at Higginbotham, a top national broker specializing in insurance, financial, and HR services. Previously, they held the positions of Executive Vice President and Vice President at Higginbotham. Before joining Higginbotham, Kyle worked as a Vice President at Pathfinder/LL&D Insurance Group and Assistant Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Southwest. Kyle began their career as a Credit Analyst in the Officer Development Program at Amegy Bank. Moreover, they gained valuable experience as an Intern in the Office of George H.W. Bush at the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation.

Kyle Schielack, CIC, CRM attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 2004 to 2008, where they received a degree in Business with a focus on Finance. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in 2013, and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification in 2012.
