Leigh Ann Morales has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Leigh Ann currently serves as the Vice President of Financial Services Operations at Higginbotham, where they focus on supporting growth and career progression, implementing technology to improve efficiency, and building metrics to measure training program success. Prior to their current role, Leigh Ann held various positions at Lincoln Financial Group, including Director of Post-Sales Support, Senior Consultant in Broker & Consultant Development, Regional Sales Support Manager, Senior Consultant in Distribution, Director of Sales Administration, Regional Sales Support Supervisor, and Sales Specialist. Leigh Ann Morales obtained a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1998. In 2021, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent (Life, Accident, Health) from the Texas Department of Insurance.
