Brett Pearce

Brett Pearce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and marine technology. Since August 2022, Brett has served as Business Development Manager at Higgins Coatings, following a role in the same capacity at Hyundai Automotive from April 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Brett was a Business Development Manager and Lubricants Specialist at Peak Lubricants Pty Ltd for almost nine years. Brett began a career in the marine industry at Geelong Boating Centre, where responsibilities included boat sales and serving as a marine technician from August 2007 to July 2011. Previous experience also includes working as a marine technician at Quintrex Boats/Tellwater and within the Australian Defence Force. Brett holds a Certificate 3 in Marine from Kangan Institute, earned between January 2001 and December 2004.
