Callum Grant

Callum Grant is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Higgins Partnerships since March 2024, managing the £45 million Saxon Wharf residential scheme consisting of 145 units. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Quantity Surveyor at McLaren Construction Group from May 2022 to March 2024, where Callum was involved in the £115 million KXC - R8 mixed-use development in central London. Earlier roles at Brennan Limited included Quantity Surveyor, working on various projects such as Mercury Park and prime residential dwellings, as well as positions as Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyor, contributing to projects like Charterhouse and The Stables. Callum's career began at Carillion as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, participating in the development of multiple mixed-use and residential projects. Callum holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in 2021.
