Team Lead, IT Operations at High 5 Games

Patrick Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning across different organizations and roles. Patrick began their career as an IT Service Desk Intern at High 5 Games in June 2016. From there, they were promoted to a Service Desk Support Specialist, where they provided technical support to end-users until January 2018. Patrick then took on the role of Technology Operations Engineer, Service Desk, where they focused on technology operations and continued to support the service desk. In January 2023, they transitioned to being an IT Operations Engineer, responsible for the smooth functioning of IT operations. Currently, Patrick holds the position of Team Lead, IT Operations at High 5 Games since April 2023.

Prior to their time at High 5 Games, Patrick worked as a Computer Technician at Computers & Parts Unlimited Inc. from September 2011 to May 2016. Patrick'sresponsibilities included troubleshooting and repairing computer systems.

Additionally, Patrick had a role as a Sacristan at Blessed Sacrament Church from August 2010 to August 2013.

Patrick Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Patrick has obtained various certifications from Jamf, including Certified Casper Expert in May 2017, Certified Casper Administrator in February 2017, and Certified Casper Technician in December 2016.
