Didier Chabassieu joined HighCo when it was created in 1990 after completing a higher education in finance. In 1993, he organized the first investor fundraising, then in 1996, became Chief Financial Officer, member of the Management Board and led the IPO of HighCo on the stock market.
From 2000, he took charge of mergers & acquisitions for the Group and led around thirty acquisitions in 10 countries in Europe . In particular, he floated a subsidiary on the German market and led the Group's minority stakes in the Internet start-ups Rue du commerce (in 1999), Médiastay (in 2000) and Digitick (in 2007).
He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and Chairman of the Management Board in 2013.
