Gilles MANNONI has extensive experience in financial management and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as Directeur fusions-acquisitions and Directeur financier at HIGHCO since October 2009. Prior to this, Gilles held the position of Directeur financier at Venturi from January 2021 to July 2023 and worked at HIGHCO as Contrôleur de Gestion from 2006 to 2009. Gilles began professional career as an Auditeur at KPMG from 2005 to 2006 and as Responsable financier at Biscuiterie between January 2003 and December 2005. Academically, Gilles holds two Master’s degrees from Université d'Aix-Marseille 2, one in Sciences du Management with a focus on Control, Audit, Consulting, Accounting and Finance obtained in 2005, and the other in Reprise et Création d'entreprise in Finance, completed in 2002.
