Lena Nelson, CPCU

Lena Nelson, CPCU, has a diverse work experience starting in 2017. Lena worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at Monalto Corporate Events for a short duration in August 2017. Lena then joined Canal Insurance Company in June 2018, where they worked as an Associate Express Underwriter until July 2020. Lena then transitioned into the role of an Express Underwriter, which they held until November 2021. Lena's most recent role at Canal Insurance Company was as an Associate Product Analyst from November 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Lena is employed as a Product Compliance Analyst at High Definition Vehicle Insurance (HDVI) since February 2023.

Lena Nelson, CPCU, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Risk Management and Insurance with a minor in German and a Legal Certificate. Lena obtained this degree from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they received their high school diploma from Centennial High School in 2014. In addition, Lena Nelson has recently obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes CPCU Society in September 2021.
