Paul Andrews

Similar to individual school districts, the High Desert Education Service District offices are managed by a Superintendent. Superintendent Paul Andrews oversees the regional services available to school districts in Central Oregon and outlying communities. Paul also serves as a liaison to the HDESD board of directors.

Paul Andrews holds a Master's Degree in Education, Special Education and Teaching from University of Washington, and an EdD, in Education Leadership from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.
