Rachel Wente-Chaney

Rachel Wente-Chaney began their work experience in 2002 at the South Central Community Alliance to Promote Education as an Assistant to the Director. Rachel then moved on to the High Desert Education Service District in 2006, where they served as Information Projects Manager until 2011. From 2011 onwards, Rachel held the position of Chief Information Officer at the same company.

Rachel Wente-Chaney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Indiana University Bloomington. Rachel later pursued a Master of Science in Information Science from Syracuse University and a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity from Harvard Extension School. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
