High Fidelity
Adam Gazzaley is a Professor of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Physiology at UCSF, where Adam has worked since July 2005. In addition to this role, Adam serves as the Executive Director of Neuroscape, a translational neuroscience center focused on optimizing brain function through technology and research. Adam is also a Co-Founder and Chief Science Advisor at Akili Interactive Labs, which aims to develop clinically-validated cognitive therapeutics that resemble video games, and Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at JAZZ Venture Partners, investing in technologies that enhance human performance. Previous achievements include co-founding Sensync, where Adam contributed as Chief Science Advisor until January 2021. Adam Gazzaley holds a BS in Biochemistry from Binghamton University, an MD and PhD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and completed a neurology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in Cognitive Neuroscience at UC Berkeley.
