Colleen Freese is an accomplished multi-unit operations manager currently serving as Area Manager at [solidcore] since May 2023, overseeing multiple locations in Washington. Previously, Colleen achieved recognition as the Head Coach Community Manager by winning the CEO's "Million Dollar Mindset Award" for enhancing class booking efficiency via social media, while also leading the [solidcore] Bellevue studio's coaching team. With extensive experience in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Instructor for Ace Fitness and HIGH Fitness, Colleen has held various coaching and training roles, including Amazon Halo HIIT + Barre Coach and Master Trainer with JAXJOX. Additionally, Colleen brings a diverse background in the beauty industry as a former Owner/Hair Stylist of Urbane Salon and Freelance Makeup Artist.
