Kelly McLaughlin, MA, LPC, ACS, possesses extensive experience in mental health and operational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President Operations and Executive Director at High Focus Centers since April 2016, Kelly has also held the position of Adult Psychiatric Coordinator.
