Barry currently holds the position of Technical Project Manager at High Force Research Ltd, where Barry manages various chemistry projects and oversees costing and time management. Prior to this, Barry worked as a Senior Research and Development Chemist. Barry also worked as an Analyst at Cortecs Pharmaceuticals during their year out as part of their sandwich degree at University of Sunderland, where Barry later obtained their PhD in Multistep Synthesis in Organic Chemistry. Thompson holds a BSc Honours in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science from the same university.
