Neil Sim is an accomplished professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Head of Research at High Force Research Ltd since September 2014. In these roles, Neil manages all new R&D projects and leads industrial collaborations with academic institutions. Neil has previously held positions as Research Team Leader and Site Supervisor, overseeing a team of research chemists and involving in project management and recruitment. Starting as a Research Chemist, Neil contributed to the development of complex target molecules. Additionally, Neil was a Committee Member for the North East Regional Steering Group of the Royal Society of Chemistry from March 2020 to February 2022 and completed a summer project at Durham University in 2011 focused on Iridium-Catalysed C-H Borylation. Neil holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry and an MChem degree from Durham University.
