Gail Powell

Gail Powell is currently the Executive Director at High Hopes Development Center. Prior to this role, Gail served as the Lower School Principal at Battle Ground Academy and the Elementary School Principal at Amarillo ISD. Gail holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, from West Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
