Emery Damon

Emery Damon is an experienced operations leader with a background in managing large-scale distribution and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at High Mowing Organic Seeds since May 2014, Emery oversees comprehensive operational responsibilities. Prior experience includes a decade at The Beverage Works, where Emery directed operations for five distribution centers, significantly increasing sales from 500,000 to 5 million units annually. Emery also served as Operations Manager at both The Beverage Works, achieving substantial cost savings through effective carrier negotiations, and Kozmo.com, where Emery optimized warehouse processes. Earlier experience includes supervising a call center at Macro International, and education consists of a high school diploma from U-32 Jr-Sr High School.
