Sydney Smith

Sydney Smith is currently the Associate Director of Program Operations at High Performance Academy (HPA), where they oversee youth-focused programming in the Central Valley region. Sydney has a strong background in program coordination, having previously managed After School Programs and served as a Summer Camp Director for HPA. They also have experience as a coach and instructional assistant, contributing to both Special Olympics and high school soccer teams, where they achieved notable successes. Sydney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management from Azusa Pacific University and is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and community engagement through effective communication.
