Nicole Tesar is an accomplished professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in leading various clinical programs and studies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Clinical Operations at Daiichi Sankyo US, Nicole Tesar oversees operational delivery at the study level and manages the Clinical Study Team while developing execution strategies and budget management. Previous roles include serving as Owner and President of Harmony Clinical Consulting Corporation, Director of Clinical Operations at BioAge Labs, and Oncology Director Clinical Operations at GSK, where responsibilities included leadership, oversight of clinical studies, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
