Damian Hughes

Damian Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cultural change and employee engagement consultancy, serving as the Owner of LiquidThinker Ltd since January 2006. As a Co Host of the High Performance Podcast since November 2019, Damian shares insights on performance improvement. Formerly, Damian held the role of HR Director at Unilever from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, Damian has contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor in Organisational Behaviour and Change at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2010 to December 2023.
