Noelle Padilla is a professional indexer with experience in owning a law office and working as a library associate. Noelle holds a certification in indexing from the American Society for Indexing and a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law. Padilla also earned a BA in Japanese and International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
