Rebecca Libersat

Rebecca Libersat is currently the Collection Resources Manager at High Plains Library District, with previous experience as a Collection Development Specialist at Lafayette Public Library System. With a MSLS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Mississippi, Rebecca has held various titles including Branch Manager, Adult Services Manager, and Librarian.
