Hillary Dubois Farquharson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Hillary worked as a Working Mother at Everywhere & Always since September 2012, where they developed conflict resolution, communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills. In 2015, they joined High Point & Affiliated Organizations as the Director of Prevention Services and later became the Chief of Communication and Prevention Services in February 2020. Hillary also served as the Coalition Director for the Brockton Mayor's Opioid Overdose Prevention Coalition since February 2010. High Point’s mission is to prevent and treat substance use disorders and mental illness. Our goal is to help individuals and families achieve personal change and improve their quality of life. We offer a full continuum of inpatient, outpatient, shelter, and residential care for children, adults, and adolescents. Our services include outpatient clinics, detox, clinical and transitional support services; Section 35 services, permanent housing for individuals and families in recovery, residential recovery homes, Opioid Treatment Programs, Community Support Services (CSP), Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI), School Based Services, Prevention Services, and three family emergency homeless shelters in Taunton, New Bedford, and Fall River. High Point also has campuses in Brockton, New Bedford, and Plymouth. Clients, regardless of where and when they enter our system, are effortlessly referred for services- based on their need- throughout our continuum (or to an outside provider, if deemed appropriate) to assure quick access to continuity of care. Adults, children, and adolescents (in addition to their families) can therefore transition through every level of care without encountering barriers, thereby ensuring that both their needs are met.
