Rhonda Chisolm Butler

Rhonda Chisolm Butler, PhD, currently serves as the Founding Executive Director of Women’s Leadership and an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Management at High Point University, where Rhonda has been since August 2018. Previously, Butler held roles as the Inaugural Director of the Women’s L.I.F.T. Fellowship and an Assistant Professor of Management at Elon University from August 2013 to July 2018, and as the National Director for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA from June 2010 to June 2012. Butler's extensive academic career includes positions ranging from Assistant Professor of Business and Executive Director of Entrepreneurship at Bennett College for Women to lecturing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and serving as an adjunct instructor at various institutions. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master of Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Management from North Carolina State University.
