Deborah Finlayson

Deborah Finlayson has held various leadership positions in development and fundraising for organizations such as High Point Village, American Red Cross, YWCA of Lubbock, and Texas Tech University. With a BA in Public Relations from Texas Tech University, Deborah has been dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, fundraising initiatives, and promoting social welfare throughout their career.
