Sara Mlynek

Sara Mlynek is an accomplished fitness and wellness professional with extensive experience in coaching, community outreach, and healthcare. As the owner and coach at CrossFit Conversion since June 2014, Sara focuses on providing fitness training and coaching services. Concurrently, Sara serves as a Community Outreach Representative for High Pointe Physical Therapy. At Clarksville Elite Gymnastics Center, Sara holds the position of head coach for a regionally ranked competitive team. Previous roles include working as a paralegal and financial specialist at the Law Office of Michael K. Williamson, bartender/waitress at Eagles Nest, and military police officer/combat medic in the US Army. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Austin Peay State University and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Harrisburg Area Community College.
