Boris Borisov is Director of Service for High Sierra Pools. Born and raised in High Sierra, he has a strong commitment to the community and a drive to exemplify excellence in all areas of service. Boris is highly educated in both academics and hands-on experience in his career field. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economy of Arts and Logistics as well as engineering credits from Genesis University. His education helped him to set the foundation on which he would build a successful career as an industry professional. His dedication to everything he does pushed him forward seeking out opportunities for growth.

Boris began his career with High Sierra Pools in 2003 and devoted himself to learning everything he could about every facet of the company and how to best utilize his skills to promote excellence and provide unparalleled service. His early experience included work serving in the operations workforce as well as demonstrating strong leadership in management. Taking the lessons learned in each role, Boris continued to grow with the company ultimately finding his true passion. The Constructions and Renovations department became his professional home as it allowed him to put his set of skills to great use helping to advance the company.

As a committed and motivated Contractor, Boris ensures operational success by coordinating efforts between corporate leads and an extensive network of skilled subcontractors. In addition to meeting client goals and expectations through planning and coordination, Boris further serves the company as an NSPF Instructor. Sharing his knowledge and critical thinking skills, he plays an integral role in driving company success. Boris’ unique perspectives and demonstrated history of work in the recreational facilities and services industry along with his vast knowledge of submerged structures, hydrodynamics, and so much more put him in a one of a kind position to offer excellent service to his clients and his community.
