Kelly Stephens has over 19 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. Kelly currently serves as the Director of Accounting at High Speed Gear since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Big Rock Sports, where they held various positions including Director of Finance from April 2021 to April 2022, General Accounting Manager from February 2019 to April 2021, and Senior Accountant from July 2014 to February 2019. Before joining Big Rock Sports, Kelly worked at Emerson Climate Technologies as a Financial Analyst for 5 years, where they focused on supporting manufacturing operations. Kelly started their career at Workhorse Custom Chassis as a General Accountant from April 2007 to October 2008, and then worked at Cintas as a Rental Accountant & Manufacturing Accountant from May 2003 to October 2006.
Kelly Stephens obtained an Associate's degree from Edison State Community College between 1998 and 2000. Kelly then pursued a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Wright State University, completing their degree between 2000 and 2003.
