Jessica Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and venture capital. Currently serving as a Venture Associate at High Street Equity Partners since April 2021, Jessica focuses on early-stage high-growth technology companies led by underrepresented founders. Jessica also holds the role of Fractional Chief Operating Officer at atusonsocial and previously worked as the Head of Operations at THE MOST, a company specializing in innovative solutions for textured hair styling.
