Rashad Tyler is an accomplished entrepreneur and music industry professional with a diverse background in management, project leadership, and venture capital. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at High Street Equity Partners since 2021, Rashad co-founded RAIRE LABEL in 2018 and has held several notable roles, including Founder of ArtIsResponsible and Manager for recording artist Muni Long from 2022 to 2023. Rashad's extensive experience includes founding companies such as Hidden Agenda Orlando and R. Tyler's Company, as well as co-founding Dynamic Management Firm LLC and Supergiant Records. With a strong foundation in artist development and strategic partnerships from ownership at Seven-Eight Music LLC, Rashad continues to contribute to the industry with innovative leadership and entrepreneurial endeavors. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Central Florida.
